Our Prime Rib would pair nicely with a bottle of Liberty School Cabernet. Liberty School is from California’s Central Coast in Paso Robles & has hints of blackberries, cherries & chocolate. In our Tuscaloosa location we are featuring Solena Pinot Noir Grande Cuvee & Pinot Gris this month. Solena is from Willoamette Valley, Oregon. Valentine’s Day is coming upon us quickly!
